Why Citigroup's Pandit wants the bank to get smaller

Citigroup Chief Executive Officer Vikram Pandit said he wants to focus on helping build small businesses rather than making big investments. At a speech to The Executives' Club of Chicago, he noted that small businesses have struggled to find capital as community banks have failed and large banks didn't have the resources in place to reach them.
