Stimulus Package did Little to Help

Stimulus package did little to help small businesses, owners say
Most small-business owners say they've seen little help from the $787 billion stimulus package enacted two years ago. Some critics say the package was too complicated for busy small-business owners to delve into, while others contend relief wasn't immediate enough. NFIB had lobbied for the package to include a payroll-tax holiday. "That would have put a big increase in everyone's take-home pay right away," NFIB's Bill Dunkelberg said.
