Obama calls for a review of regulations' effect on small businesses

President Barack Obama has called for a governmentwide review of regulations that could be hurting small businesses. Agencies will also be encouraged to help small businesses with compliance issues, either by extending deadlines or waiving rules altogether. Using an op-ed in The Wall Street Journal to announce the plan, the president said he will seek input from business groups.
