Madoff case leads to questions about what makes us trust

The Securities and Exchange Commission arrested Bernard Madoff two years ago, and the anniversary has spurred Mary Pilon to question what makes us trust someone. According to research at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, subliminal factors may play a bigger role than previously thought.
