BBB: Consumers should be careful with online coupons

BBB is warning consumers that it has seen a increase in complaints about fraudulent online coupons and coupon codes. "We've had a wide range [of complaints] from coupons not working, terms not being honored, to people paying for these coupons thinking they're getting a bargain and getting nothing in return," said BBB's John Zajac.
