Stimulus Package did Little to Help

by Samia S. Morgan

Stimulus package did little to help small businesses, owners say

NFIB had lobbied for the package to include a payroll-tax holiday. "That would have put a big increase in everyone's take-home pay right away," NFIB's Bill Dunkelberg said.
