Americans still trust jury over judge

Nearly 60% of Americans trust a jury over a judge to make a decision in a court case, according to a Rasmussen Reports survey. However, after the recent Casey Anthony verdict, more people said they trust a judge more, with 27% placing their trust in the court official, up from 14% in April.
