A growing economy greases the exits for unhappy workers

Employees aren't feeling quite so stuck anymore. That's one conclusion to be drawn from a MarketTools survey that found that about 20% of workers have applied for a new job in the past six months. Money was cited as the top reason for discontent, followed by workload, lack of opportunity for advancement and issues with a boss or supervisor. AOL Small Business (3/9)
